Today, the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) – FCT Chapter, paid a courtesy visit to the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Department of Mass Housing/PPP. The delegation, led by Ehikioya Okoruwa, Ph.D., engaged in productive discussions with the department’s team, headed by Director Arc. F.O.J. Gamde (MNIA).
The meeting focused on exploring avenues for collaboration between REDAN and FCDA to promote affordable and sustainable housing solutions within the Federal Capital Territory. Both parties expressed enthusiasm for future partnerships aimed at addressing housing challenges and enhancing development initiatives in the region.
Ehikioya, the Chairman of REDAN-FCT, emphasized the organization’s commitment to fostering purposeful engagements with stakeholders in the housing sector, with the goal of delivering impactful and sustainable housing projects.
The Chairman of REDAN-FCT also congratulates everyone in FCT for the gift of a minister ( Bar. Nyesome Wike) who is genuinely concerned about the overall well-being, welfare, security and infrastructural development of the territory. He further thanks the FCT Minister for doing more than is expected in the FCT. However, the association continues to yearn for even more progress, especially after years of infrastructural stagnation in the FCT.
The REDAN-FCT Chairman expressed optimism about the ongoing collaborations that will significantly contribute to the development of affordable housing in the FCT.
